In case any employee leaves the job either on his own accord or his service is terminated, or he retires as per his service contract he is entitled to get the benefits like total payment due as on date of termination plus outstanding Bonus, other terminal benefits as applicable at the Site where the concerned Guards are posted within a period of 30 days on production of “no dues” certificate from the Site where he was lastly posted/and the concerned Officer.

Further with our dealings & activities a sense of security and confidence should be created in the mind of the staff that in case of their termination of employment for whatsoever reasons may be, their dues will be cleared expeditiously.

The Provident Fund claims are processed to the Regional Provident Fund Office for settlement after expiry of two months from the date of leaving/termination of the job, as per Rules.
