Adwik Security and HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. started its journey with the focus to scale up India's skill training so that it can scale up unemployed youth of the society towards a respectable and skill oriented livelihood. The Skill gap analysis also shows us the deficit of skilled manpower which is a major challenge for the employers to drive the economic growth.

We have been executing various placement and entrepreneurship linked programs under various ministerial agencies for Indian youth from all facets of the society and every nook-and-corner of the country. Linking the necessity to promote both apprenticeship and entrepreneurs, we have been updating our training methodology and curricula to ensure that the youth are exposed to the latest technology and industry oriented environment. Today Adwik takes pride in contributing to India’s skill development initiatives – not only as an independent set-up but also as a training partner for multiple educational brands and government projects.

ADWIK’S INTERNAL TRAINING TO ITS SECURITY STAFF

  1. The classes for Basic training will be 8 hours sessions per day for over 20 working days.
  2. Basic security training comprises of 13 days (100 hours) classroom and 7 days (60 hours) field training which includes induction & customized training.
  3. Further for the detailed understanding, Basic training can be divided into 4 parts:-
  • a) Physical training.
  • b) Professional or specialized training.
  • c) People skill training.
  • d) Positive attitude training.
PHYSICAL TRAINING
  1. Posturing, discipline, drills, immaculate dress, having smart, crisp movement, responding promptly to orders of superior in a disciplined manner.
  2. Security awareness.
  3. Physical security
  4. Various tools of security.
  5. About asset protection, i.e. human, material, information.
  6. Patrolling.
PROFESSIONAL OR SPECIALIZED TRAINING
  1. Handling any kind of emergency including personal protection, security patrolling, and industrial unrest. Besides fire, bomb threat, dacoit, arson, riot, serious injuries, drunkenness & sexual harassment.
  2. Search & blocking.
  3. Liaison with police and filing of FIR.
  4. Record keeping of men, materials & vehicles.
  5. Evacuation drills during fire alarms or any unrest.
  6. Crowd control & use of force.
  7. First aid.
  8. Transport & parking control.
  9. Front office & Reception control.
PEOPLE SKILL TRAINING
  1. End client service orientation.
  2. Courtesy.
  3. Pleasant demeanour.
  4. Politeness.
  5. Positive attitude.
  6. Leadership, supervision, inter personnel dynamic & conflict resolution.
  7. Function/roles of guards, their ethics and public relation.
POSITIVE ATTITUDE TRAINING

Session to develop a positive attitude in its security personnel to cope with difficult real life situation without bitterness or any negativity.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is a major skill development initiative scheme of the Government of India for recognition and standardisation of skills. The aim of the PMKVY scheme is to encourage aptitude towards employable skills and to increase working efficiency of probable and existing daily wage earners, by giving monetary awards and rewards and by providing quality training to them.

The PMKVY scheme is applicable to any candidate of Indian nationality with the following conditions:

DDU-GKY

The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) announced the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) Antyodaya Diwas, on 25th September 2014. DDU-GKY is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), tasked with the dual objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the career aspirations of rural youth.

DDU-GKY is uniquely focused on rural youth between the ages of 15 and 35 years from poor families. As a part of the Skill India campaign, it plays an instrumental role in supporting the social and economic programs of the government like the Make In India, Digital India, Smart Cities and Start-Up India, Stand-Up India campaigns. Over 180 million or 69% of the country’s youth population between the ages of 18 and 34 years, live in its rural areas. Of these, the bottom of the pyramid youth from poor families with no or marginal employment number about 55 million.

DDU-GKY is present in 28 States and UTs, across 689 districts, impacting youth from over 7,426 blocks. It currently has over 1,575 projects being implemented by over 717 partners, in more than 502 trades from 50 industry sectors. Over 9.9 Lakh candidates have been trained and over 5.3 Lakh candidates have been placed in jobs as on 1st April, 2020. From 2012, DDU-GKY has so far committed an investment of more than INR 5,600 Crores, impacting rural youth pan-India.

Adwik is into DDU-GKY training program in association with Utkarsh Bangla in West Bengal and training youths into Unarmed Security Guard, Security Supervisor and Personal Security Officer.

Adwik is primarily catering to the following districts of West Bengal, namely: Bankura, PurbaMedinipur, PurbaBardhaman, Jhargram and South 24 Parganas.

Adwik has established its training centre in compliance with the provision of the Private Security training, all recruits mandatorily attends training before being deployed to any sites. Our training centre has been accredited by Security Sector Skill Development Council (SSSDC) and MEPSC.

Merely by recruiting manpower strictly conforming to our recruitment standard will not be enough to produce a quality Security Staff, they will need to be polished and ornamented with the required knowledge skill of the trade and the same can be achieved only by imparting them required training to develop their skill.

For this the Company has formulated Training Programme based on the Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act 2005 and Rules made thereunder and also as per the requirements of the clients.
