Owner of this project in terms of providing Security Guards throughout this project. The Project value was Rs.500 Crs.

Established in 2006, the Organization originally started its activities and business as a Proprietorship Firm in the name and style of “ADWIK SECURITY SERVICES” AND “ADWIK ENTERPRISES”, which was later incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 as Private Limited Company in the name of ‘ADWIK SECURITY & HR SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD.” w.e.f. October 2008.

The Company has obtained membership from CAPSI, the National level organization for Private Security Agencies in India. The Company is an ISO Company accredited by BSCIC and have obtained licence under provisions of Private Security Agencies Regulation Act from Govt. of West Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Nagaland, Orissa, and for other States where Company is operating the applications have already been made and the same are under process.

The Organization is headed by a very senior-most and experienced H.R. professional who has spent nearly 40 years in the profession in Private, State Govt. Undertaking and Central Govt. Undertaking in various States. The Management team consists of well-educated Director, besides well experienced professionals in HR & Admn, retired Police officials, Ex.Army Officials, Legal, Security Operation, Accounts, Training and Marketing disciplines who assist in achieving the goals of the Management.
