Mr. Kameshwar Nath Sharma

The Managing Director Mr. Kameshwar Nath Sharma, after serving for 38 years in Personnel
& Administrative services in Private Industry, State Government Undertaking and Public
Sector Undertaking retired as a very Senior HR Personnel and thought to start a manpower
oriented organization to contribute with vivid his experience in the field of Personnel,
Administration and Manpower Management.
As a visionary he started Proprietorship firms in the names of ADWIK SECURITY SERVICES
and ADWIK ENTERPRISES to provide Security, House-Keeping and Outsourcing services to
various Companies. Initially the said firms were established in the year 2006 having very
limited clientele mostly in the construction companies. Later the said Proprietorship firm
was incorporated under Companies Act 1956 as Private Limited Company in the name of
ADWIK SECURITY & HR SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. with effect from October 2008. The Company
has obtained membership from CAPSI (Central), the National level organization of Private
Security Agencies in India. The Company also got accredition from ISO by BSCIC and have
Licences from all the respective States where they have been operating.
The Company is proud of having been associated with almost all leading construction
companies in India and by grace of time it now has become a PAN India Company operating
in 13 States including North East, engaged in infrastructure building of the Nation having
record of being associated with prestigious projects with utmost satisfaction of the clients.
From very beginning as our M.D. had opportunity to work in construction projects for over
20 years apart from looking after Personnel Management of the Factories, he had
inclination to provide Security Services to construction projects, so he gave full thrust on
providing Security services in the construction projects. Being a legal professional, he
always gave full stress and importance to comply with all the statutory/regulatory
provisions including Social Security for the employees. The Company tried to practice the
proper personnel policy in respect of all employees so far recruitment of suitable candidates
keeping in view the practice of “right man for right job” and after imparting required
training the Guards were placed at the Sites.
Apart from the requirement of fulfilling the
training syllabus we have construction sites related problem in our training curriculum; this
is the reason our employees are successful in operating in construction sites, wherever they
are deployed.
Late Mrs. Anu Sharma

Previously the Company while being incorporated was having one more full time director, Mrs. Anu Sharma. Unfortunately we lost our beloved Director Mrs. Anu Sharma in April 2020 who died of Blood Cancer within short duration. We pay all tributes and gratitude to the above departed Director for being associated for over 11 years with the Company and adding a lot to the development of the Company.

Mrs. Abhishlesha Verma was inducted as full-time Director and she is continuing as one of the full-time Directors of the Company.

Company also holds one Part time Director, who is closely associated with the company.
