Adwik Security and HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is headed by a very senior-most and experienced H.R. professional who has spent nearly 40 years in the profession in Private, State Govt. Undertaking and Central Govt. Undertaking in various States. The Management team consists of well-educated Director, besides well experienced professionals in HR & Admin, retired Police officials, Ex-Army Officials, Legal, Security Operation, Accounts, Training and Marketing disciplines who assist in achieving the goals of the Management.

The Company has got its own recruitment, training and placement rules, which are detailed below:-


A) RECRUITMENT
  1. As ours is a Service provider manpower oriented Organization, our success mainly depends on the human resources / human assets available with us. Our main motive is to run business with PRESTIGE, PROFIT in proliferating manner, towards obtaining utmost satisfaction to the Clients.
  2. Our all activities are manpower oriented and our performance and success mainly depend on the quality of human resources which we are having.
  3. For providing effective and quality services to our clients whether it may be security services, housekeeping or outsourcing services, it becomes our first & foremost responsibility or task to find out & possess best available quality of the manpower to cater to the requirements of our clients to achieve customer utmost satisfaction.
To be successful in our this endeavour, we must always bear in mind the PRINCIPLE of 3Rs of Personnel Management.

  • While making recruitment of Security Guards we must ensure that the persons who are being recruited must fulfil the laid down criteria and in no case the recruitment standards should be compromised with.
B) SOURCES OF MANPOWER

The manpower is attracted in the following ways:-

  • i) By publishing requirement in local newspaper in the language of the concerned State.
  • ii) By circulating leaflets mentioning therein the requirements to the village or remote areas.
  • iii) Through Employment Agencies.
  • iv) The candidates sponsored/collected by the existing employees.
  • v) By camping at the remote places by the recruitment teams.
  • vi) By Placement linkage Programs of Govt. Sponsored Projects like PMKVY, DDUGKY, Adwik’s internal training and others.
C) RECRUITMENT STANDARD

Physical Attributes Men SC/STGorkhas Ladies
Height 5’8” (160 cms.) 5’4” (150 cms.) 5’4” (150 cms.)
(A person belonging to the GORKHAS or Nepalis or Sikkimis, S.C. & S.T. is eligible for relaxation of height by 5 cms.)
Chest 80 cms with an expansion of 4 cms. Note: For female, no minimum.
Weight According to Standard Table of height & weight.

ii) Educational attributes

Education minimum Class 10, passed/failed. In case of Supervisor, at least Matriculate/H.S. Must be able to read and write in any language. Must know English Nos. Reasonably robust physique. Reasonably intelligent and efficient looking.

iii) Residential attributes

Residence Criteria – Overnight bus journey away from his city of work.

iv) Medical attributes

Eye Sight

Far Sight vision = 6/6
Near Sight vision = 0.6/0.6 with or without Correction.
Free from colour blindness, should be able to identify and distinguish colour display in
Security equipment and read and understand Display in English alphabets and Arabic numerals.

Free from Knock knee and Flat foot and should be able to run one K.M. in six minutes.

Hearing – free from defect, should be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and the alarms generated by security equipment.

The candidate should have dexterity and strength to perform searches, handle objects and use force for restraining the individuals in case of need.

  1. The Recruits have to fill up an application form. (English/Hindi or in the Regional Language).
  2. Fill up Enrolment Form / terms & conditions of Employment.
  3. Photos:-
    * 1 for Enrolment register & issue Roll No.
    * 3 for Police Verification Forms
    * 1 for Enrolment Form
    * 1 for Service Card
    * 1 for Medical Report
    * 1 for Training Record
  4. Send letters to P.S. regarding verification by Registered Post with A/D
  5. To fill up: * P.F. Forms including Nomination, withdrawal forms.
    * ESI Forms – Special post card size family photograph to be provided if he/she is to contribute to ESI Scheme and the necessary form to be completed.
    * Advance voucher value of Rs.600/- to be recovered from 3rd salary (for 2nd uniform).
  6. After recruitment, the candidate should be referred to Training Centre for training.
